Here's a quick summary of our agreement. Of course, if you decide to proceed you'll be provided with complete terms and conditions and we'll execute an agreement between us. Sunbelt Real Estate Guide™ will supply you with exclusive, highly qualified leads. A standard 20% referral fee from the referred side is due only at closing. You may receive an unlimited amount of leads provided, of course, that you're able to service them-- which, we're sure you'll agree, is a reasonable exception. (High volumes of leads in certain metropolitan market areas may necessitate non exclusive status.)
