This guide to North Carolina real estate is a Web publication of Sunbelt Real Estate Guides. We are a 3-way collaborative effort of a long-time real estate broker, a Web developer (a programmer) and a site designer-- each with many years of success in his field.

Use of this Web site is free to home hunters and to those seeking commercial real estate.

We know that the Web is the future of real estate-- both for the home hunter and the real estate broker. Through the Web, real estate professionals are able to reach thousands of prospective customers who, in the comfort of their homes, may view home photos and property details at their leisure. Our Web designer and his wife illustrate our point: they were able to advance shop hundreds of homes along the southeastern U.S. coast, right from their home computer in Michigan. They were able to plan several trips over a year to meet with local real estate agents in destinations ranging from Savannah, Georgia up to Elizabeth City, North Carolina. (Thanks to the Web they ended up right here in Oriental, NC-- population 900.) And our broker partner can certainly verify that a significant per centage of his inquiries come to him through his own Web site.

As convenient as those shop-by-computer experiences were for our Web designer, he and his wife soon realized the need for state-by-state Web destinations that listed real estate agents all across each particular state and which also contained a complete, one-stop source of local information. Sunbelt Real Estate Guides is the first of several "Sunbelt State" Web sites that do just that.

What We Do.
Sunbelt Real Estate Guides is in the business of putting buyers and real estate brokers together. We provide prospective customer leads to brokers. Use of the site is absolutely free to home hunters and commercial real estate buyers. We put our users in touch with select local brokers of good reputation and professional standing. We earn our fees when the broker pays us an agreed-upon fee at closing, out of the broker's proceeds. There's no charge whatsoever to you the buyer. You may read our Terms and Conditions here.
